Novak Shot Sinks Irish
Marquette forward Steve Novak made a huge one last night, hitting a buzzer beater that put the Golden Eagles over Notre Dame 67-65. Novak scored 28 points in total but the tight game came down his shot with 1.1 seconds remaining. Cracked Sidewalks, as you might imagine, has a quite exuberant recap of the game. The big win gives Marquette a 4-2 mark in the Big East and advances them to 14-5 overall. They host DePaul on Wednesday night.

A tremendous victory for MU……incredibly, TC’s guys are the only CUSA refugee with a winning record in Big East play right now (that’ll change, but wow)
