Badgers Handle Hoosiers

Wisconsin rebounded from their slump finally, tagging #21 Indiana with a 72-54 beat down. Okay, the Hoosiers were very helpful shooting just 26% from the field, but I thought UW looked the best they have in a while tonight. They were patient with the ball, worked it inside, didn’t throw up too many bricks from long range. And they played a little defense, how about that. Alando Tucker provided the big spark tonight, scoring 29 points, and Ray Nixon stepped up his game to add 13 more, including three of five from three-point range. The Badgers (16-7, 6-4 Big 10) are going to need plenty more of that and maybe some more on Saturday when they travel to a suddenly confident Penn State (11-10, 3-7 Big 10).
