Bucks Trade Ford For New Model
Bucks Nation seems to be enjoying its Fourth of July holiday so far, following word that the team traded TJ Ford to Toronto for Charlie Villanueva. Cheesehead Craig at Oracle of Cheese hilariously likens the deal to getting a 20oz. T-Bone and $10 for a double cheeseburger, while Bucks Dairy offers Raptors fans a rather harsh (but not incorrect) assessment of the deal.
While Villanueva looks like he might be a heck of an addition to the Bucks roster, I have a to feel a little bad for Ford. He had to wear that ugly burnt orange down in Texas, then dressed in purple for Milwaukee, and just as the Bucks decide to go with a green and red scheme, he gets traded to another team that has a thing for violet. The poor guy’s closet must be one hideous rainbow.
