Vikings Whitewash

I can’t believe this: NFL commissioner Roger Goodell today handed down a verdict of “not guilty” against the Minnesota Vikings on the tampering charges leveled by the Packers a few weeks ago. Do they really expect us to swallow that line of BS? Lady Justice was not only blind in this case, she was doped up on vodka and Seconal for three days in a cabin near the Boundary Waters.

Well, I’m not buying any of it. We’re talking about the Minnesota Vikings here, a den of thieves, crooks, cheats, and liars if ever you saw one. Each and every one of them has “guilty” written across their back. No, this totally reeks of cover-up. All part of Goodell’s campaign to whitewash the whole Brett Favre mess, sweep it under the rug and forget it ever happened.

I’m trying to figure out if you have a brain. Obviously they didn’t do anything wrong. It was Favre contacting them, and he was retired. You are an embarassment to the state of Iowa.

Well when you figure out the status of my brain, please let me know.

“Obviously they didn’t do anything wrong”? Please. They just weren’t able to prove it. The reason they got the 49ers on the Lance Briggs deal was that they were stupid enough to send emails back and forth. Here it was just cell phone conversations, then a coordinated cover story. This reeks of bogusness.
