The latest from ESPN’s Chris Mortensen: Brett Favre now thinks, “this probably isn’t going to work.”
Mike and I both agreed last night that me being out there is a distraction and will continue to be a distraction. We all know the reason I’m here is because the commissioner [Roger Goodell] reinstated me so we have a lot of things to figure out. It’s simple and complicated, both at the same time.”
No Brett, there’s only simple — real simple. You’re in Green Bay because you requested to be reinstated, remember sending that letter to the league? It’s complicated only because you’re in Green Bay because you requested to be reinstated. It’s a distraction and will continue to be a distraction because you’re in Green Bay after requesting to be reinstated. Do you see the pattern here? It’s not the commissioner, not Mike McCarthy, not Ted Thompson, it’s all about you.
Dear Lord, tell me this whole thing is almost at an end.

Hey BratsNBeer guy, thanks for your continued support as well! Hopefully soon this Favre mess is over, and we can go back to talking about the actual team on the field.
