The Majik Man

The Press-Gazette catches up with Don Majkowski, who’s living now in Atlanta with his wife and two children. Interesting bullet point: He’s had nine operations on his ankle since that Sunday in 1992 when Tim Krumrie of the Benglas knocked Majik out of the game and ushered in the Brett Favre era.

I really liked Majik. I remember being so bummed when he broke that ankle…then I took a look at this kid Favre and decided we were going to be okay. Glad Majik is too.
