Almost 12 hours away from kickoff of Packers-Bears and I was trying to think of a way to sum up the season so far and three hour contest tomorrow. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Nietzsche or Nitschke? with an excellent summation of the big game and the rivalry.
Wisconsin extended its unbeaten streak to 14 games by winning a pair in Minneapolis this weekend. Friday night the Badgers edged Minnesota 4-3 thanks to Joe Pavelski’s second goal of the the third period. Brian Elliott had 35 saves.
