The long wait is over for the Green Bay Packers to make a move in free agency: Brandon Chillar has signed with the team. Ted Thompson signed the former Rams linebacker to a two-year deal worth somewhere north of $5 million.

There’s been some discussion out there about Green Bay’s free agency plans with respect to the gaping hole at tight end.
